A short update for today. I took yesterday's stream of consciousness dump and imported the text into Affinity Designer, then spent about 30 minutes chopping it up into smaller sections. Tomorrow I'll start dividing them up further.

Made a simple "functional area" diagram using Whimsical to help gather my thoughts.
I converted the Whimsical doc from yesterday to Affinity Designer.
