The Meadow is what I originally called my "place of inner peace" within me, where my true sense of self could safely express itself without fear. In July 2024 I have started to use "The Meadow" to describe the vibe of a place where All The Animals are Friends, where everyone can safely show themselves to work and play together.
Idealism and Desire
The idea comes from an imagined scenario where some people could see a portal from their reality to a more appealing one.
A meadow where all the animals can be friends and play together, making things that empower and elevate themselves and others.
People who can see this portal have grown up in a challenging reality where their imagination and mental uniquenesses were not appreciated by the majority of people who lacked the ability to see what they were seeing.
The people who are able to see this portal have a sensitivity to magic, or at intuitive understanding of ideals of friendship and working together even if they don't quite know how to access it. It's a kind of summoning and empowering magic, I think, practices as a group.
People who can see the portal are drawn to positive emotions and optimism despite the hard lessons learned. They may be injured or scarred, but the light has not been extinguished.

Creating reality from dreams involves some form of "magic":

Perception magic is an ability to frame and see different layers of meaning, as well as the ability to guide others through these meanings. This is called communications design, mentoring, coaching, and leading by example in the world outside of The Meadow.

Illusory phase magic is the ability to step into and out of these layers in time and space. Terms related to this in the world outside of The Meadow are out-of-the-box thinking, multidisciplinary thinking, storytelling, and being visionary.

Uncertainty Transformation is a combined application of both Perception and Illusory Phasing Magic that creates the conditions where Uncertainty is no longer a major concern. This is the framing which makes creation of new realities possible. In our real world terms, this is simply engineering.
Creating a Meadow
Ot's not so much transformation as it is finding athe framing which one can confidently traverse different realities that are in the way to find a destination that is simply close to one's heart. In the case of The Meadow, it's a place where people can be safe to express and be themselves. I want to believe that in such a place, people can thrive and create their reality and own the fruits of their labor.
