Trade Show Kiosk (2005)
I did both the art and technical direction for this piece, in addition to the project management and interactive scripting for a stand-alone kiosk, under AE’s creative director. This was deployed at CES at the GN Netcom booth, on custom hardware I specified on a nice high resolution LCD. Because I know something about how computer graphics work, I was able to optimize the graphics so they worked very well on the target platform without having to burn a lot of production time. The 3D graphics were provided by GN Netcom as pre-production CAD files stripped of meta data, and were converted and rendered by the talented Duncan Hsu.
