Groundhog Day Resolutions Updates

I’ve just posted today’s Groundhog Day Resolutions Report for August 8. I forgot to post mention of the previous July 7 report also, so here’s a brief recap:

• July - I made a bunch of tactical changes to focus on “joyful experience” and reduce the need for “hard planning” by emphasizing community building as a funner task. The monthly to-do list was directly related to writing about the community ideal itself, as a precursor to spreading the word on new social media and livestreaming opportunities that I felt like trying.

• August - Predictably, the July to-dos were not completed because I was exhausted trying to push on my billable projects, leaving little energy to focus on these projects. I decide that perhaps focusing on production rigor for my GHDR goals was the wrong focus entirely as it’s not something I can do in a vacuum: I need the community to motivate the production, but I need the production to mobilize the community. How to resolve this dilemma?
